Short and medium-term accommodation (STA and MTA) are temporary forms of accommodation to give you and your carers a break away from home or to provide a stop-gap while you look for permanent accommodation. Short and medium-term accommodation (STA and MTA) may be used to provide you with accommodation in emergency circumstances when you are unsure about your future home situation.

At Jamiicare Support Services, we recognize that there may be times when family members and carers are unable to take care of their loved ones or that you may occasionally just need a break from your responsibilities. We are here to help you and your loved one so you can take some time for yourself, recharge, and unwind while knowing they are in good hands and getting the care they need.
Jamiicare provides short-term housing and respite care to NDIS participants who need to spend some time away from home. We normally arrange for interesting and creative things for you to partake in, and we have lovely cozy homes and fantastic modest apartments to accommodate you.
